Called to the bar in 2003, practises intellectual property law, company law (mergers and acquisitions) contracts and civil litigation concerning trademarks, patents, designs, unfair competition and anti anticounterfeiting. Has a specific experience in drafting and negotiating technology transfer contracts. Federico gained an LL.M from the WIPO Academy.
